hees... today had been meaningful... went to climb bukit timah hill this morning... was breathless during the trip... wooooo~~ and i went jogging in the evening... ran with my fourth aunt... she's aso trying to slim down... =)

went to visit that herbalife person after breakfast... did slim down a little bit... but definitely not enough yet!!! nevertheless, had allow myself a good dinner... STEAMBOAT!!! hahas... i need to work doubly hard to slim down even more after i had the good meal... this is the price to pay for eating like hell in the past... i am really far too fat le... my face, it's damn round... goodness... anyway, it's over... i juz have to be more 积极 to slim down this time jiu dui le...
